What is Health Coaching?
A health coach is a professional who guides, supports and empowers clients through the process of setting and achieving health and well-being related goals through support, accountability and education. Possible topics are: reducing stress, dietary changes, smoking cessation, fitness or movement routines, work/life/family balance and more. Health coaching can help bridge the gap between your team of medical professionals and your everyday life if you’re managing a health condition.
Health coaching is not…
A health coach is not a dietitian, nutritionist, therapist or psychologist, and does not prescribe medication, supplements, medical therapies, or specific diets that treat or cure a diagnosis from a heath professional.

What to expect
You are unique, so there is no one-size fits all, cookie-cutter approach. 3 months of sessions will focus on different parts of your well-being and how they fit with your personally designed vision of wellness. No shakes, supplements or gimmicks to buy. Our sessions create accountability and give you a safe and confidential space to share.
Workplace wellness programming is designed for your team’s needs and concerns. We’ll work together to create solutions to best support your workplace goals either virtually or in office.
Financial Commitment
You’re worth it. Period. I recommend a three month commitment. One, 20 minute discovery session per client is offered at no cost.
