Discover the wild rose.

As a young girl growing up on the prairie of Southwestern Minnesota, there was nothing better than an afternoon spent driving along the dirt roads searching for wild roses with my grandma. I remember the hot and dusty afternoon sunshine as we’d pull over to the side of the road and carefully pick a light pink gem poking out among the waving grass. We would take each one home and press it between the pages of the thick, heavy Sears catalog.

Years later, after my grandma died at only 67, I found an old and tattered catalog tucked away in her office, and a delicate, paper-thin, pressed wild rose still clung to the pages.

My grandma and her memory inspired me to create Wild Rose Health Coaching LLC to help women live healthier, happier lives as they balance family, work, life and self-care.
