Easy Overnight Oats

Quick and easy overnight oats are a meal planning staple. Add what you want to make what you like!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup vanilla non-dairy milk

(unsweet)

1 Tbsp ground chia/flax/hemp seeds

pinch sea salt

Instructions:

Add oats, non-dairy milk, ground seeds and salt to a jar or container with a lid. Shake to combine. Let sit overnight in refrigerator. Mix in add-ins before serving.

Add-in ideas:

maple syrup, ground spices (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg), fresh or frozen fruit, nutbutter and jam, shredded coconut, cocoa chips, nuts, seeds or dried fruit
